Fused silica window has good temperature resistance characteristics, rapid high and low temperature, low spectral loss, UV IR wide spectral transmission, high precision and low expansion coefficient and so on, so it’s widely used on optical systems and equipment such as lasers, optical equipment, industrial, medical, lighting, semiconductor, communication, electronics, optical fiber etc

JGS1 has a good transmission band from 185-2500nm, on the wavelength 185nm, transmission can reach 90%, it has granule’s structure
JGS2 has good transmission band from 220-2500nm, it has striped and granular structure
JGS3 has good transmission band from 260-3500nm, transmission can reach 85%, but it has stripped and granule’s structure
So far, CCRQ make the biggest circular size fused silica window/JGS1 Window is Diameter 420mm, thickness 5mm plane window, surface quality 40/20, we have been sent to serval batches and make good feedback from Europe customers.
To be honest, such big size polishing process really have difficulties, we only handmade one by one to ensure the surface quality and flatness, accordingly customers demand we also make two surfaces AR coating on 1070nm, in the first order, we have a problem on the cracking and coating burst after done, for now we find the correct way to avoid these problems, we also have good material factory cooperations with better quality and best delivery time.
